Payment is accepted through credit card and e-transfer. A limited number of sliding scale bookings are available to students and clients with financial barriers. Please email me to discuss this option.

Please note that I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Missed sessions and sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are charged half the session fee. Missed sessions or sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged the full session fee. Please let me know asap if you are feeling ill and I will be happy to reschedule.

Many insurance providers offer coverage for Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC), please check your insurance and policy details to see if you are eligible for coverage. A detailed invoice and receipt will be provided for each session which can be submitted to insurance providers for reimbursement.
